Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.

Adazy Nails does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Preference changes
• Custom design requests
• Application mistakes
• Normal wear and tear

Once your order has been delivered, Adazy Nails is not responsible for any damage, lifting, breaking, or loss caused by:

• Improper application
• Failure to follow nail prep instructions
• Incorrect removal
• Daily activities or excessive wear
• Use of nails as tools

Please carefully review your order details, size selections, and design choices before submitting your purchase.

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a manufacturing defect), please contact Adazy Nails within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can review the situation.
